It's clear that Phil wants Barbara out of the way. But Barbara wants Phil out of the way too. Why do they hate each other so much? Was there something going on between them? An office romance gone bad? A drunken make out at the holiday party? Who knows. Or maybe it's that Barbara has her own eyes on Jack in the Box. Or...on Jack? Thoughts?
